There was another Thomas Weston also born c1838, who was the son of Joseph (1808). This Thomas married Jane ? from Measham, Derbyshire and settled in Staffordshire.
The 3rd Thomas from this period was the son of Thomas 1806; he was born in 1844 and married Lydia - also recorded as Weston - born in Hugglescote.

My hypothesis is that the first Weston in Barlestone was Thomas, born about 1740, who married Elizabeth Middleton. Their marriage on 30 Dec 1765 is recorded in the Barlestone parish register.
It is further hypothesised that all of the Westons who appear in the census records and BMD (and a few who are in the parish register) are descendants of Tom and Liz.
They are recorded, in various places, as having nine children.
Putting aside the possibility any of the five girls having illegitimate children bearing the Weston name, we are left with 4 sons, one of whom, Samuel, died aged one.
Thomas, born 1773, has no left no trace. (ie not in the 1841 census).
William, born 1775 was the father of William 1824.
John, born 1780, who married Elizabeth Skeffington, was almost certainly the father of:

So far there is no reliable record of any daughters.
Any daughters of William and John would probably have been married by the time of the 1841 census, and therefore would not be bearing the Weston name.

The Thomas born c1808 and married to Sarah is the son of John and Elizabeth, as his sister in law is the widow of George, who was the son of John and Elizabeth. He married Sarah, had 5 sons - Samuel 1836, Thomas 1838, Daniel 1840, Henry 1843 and Job 1845. Sarah died in 1848, and from 1851 to 1881 Thomas is shown as living with his sister in law Ann, also widowed. Ann had at least one child, Charles born 1843. Ann came from Sapcote, and was born between 1812 and 1815 according to the varying census records. She was the widow of George. On George’s death certificate he is recorded as being the son of (the late) John. There is a baptism in Barlestone 1804 of Thomas, son of John and Elizabeth. This may be this Thomas, or an older brother who died in infancy.
There is no record of the death of this Thomas.
